1. Fleetr Inc; DBA: Eon. (“Eon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy because we know that you, like us, care about how your information is collected, used, shared, retained, and secured. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you visit our website, use our Eon mobile application, or access any of the services we offer through our website or mobile application (collectively, our “Platform”; collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our accompanying Terms of Use, and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure practices described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Services. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in our Terms of Use. For paid services such as auto rentals, we rely on third-party payment processors to handle payment information. We do not store your payment card details. Instead, your payment information is transmitted directly to these processors, whose practices are governed by their respective Privacy Policies and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

10. Additional Disclosures for Nevada, California, and EU Residents

Nevada Residents:

California Residents (CalOPPA):
We currently do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. California residents may request, once per calendar year, details regarding the personal information we shared with other businesses for marketing purposes. To request this information, please contact us.
