Privacy policy

1. Fleetr Inc; DBA: Eon. (“Eon”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy because we know that you, like us, care about how your information is collected, used, shared, retained, and secured. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you visit our website, use our Eon mobile application, or access any of the services we offer through our website or mobile application (collectively, our “Platform”; collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our accompanying Terms of Use, and you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure practices described herein. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Services. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in our Terms of Use. If you are a resident of Nevada or California, please review the “Additional Disclosures for Nevada Residents” or “Additional Disclosures for California Residents” sections below.


2. Information Collection and Sources

We collect information about you when you use our Services. This includes information provided directly by you as well as information collected automatically. The categories below describe the types of information we may collect:

A. Information You Provide to Us

‍User Registration Information:
When you sign up as a registered user, we may collect your name, email address, physical address, zip code, phone number, driver’s license number, profile photos, date of birth, license plate number, auto insurance information, vehicle identification number (VIN), credit score, background check details (including criminal history, judgments, liens, and other relevant information), and any additional information you choose to provide during your use of our Platform.

‍Billing and Transaction Information:

For paid services such as auto rentals, we rely on third-party payment processors to handle payment information. We do not store your payment card details. Instead, your payment information is transmitted directly to these processors, whose practices are governed by their respective Privacy Policies and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

Profile Data:
We may collect details regarding your interests, goals, age, preferences, financial information, and favorites to enhance your experience on our Platform.

When you post or send content—whether through product reviews, comments, messages to customer support, or other interactive features—we may collect and store this content. We will not use this content for direct marketing purposes.

Other Voluntarily Provided Information:
Any additional information you voluntarily supply is solely your responsibility.

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 18, please do not provide us with any personal information. 10. Additional Disclosures for Nevada, California, and EU Residents

Nevada Residents:

California Residents (CalOPPA):
We currently do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. California residents may request, once per calendar year, details regarding the personal information we shared with other businesses for marketing purposes. To request this information, please contact us.
